No, she shouldnt have any discharge after being spayed especially 9 months later. What kind of discharge is it? What color is it? Is she having problems urinating or squatting a lot in different places to urinate. She could have a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection. I would take her to see a vet, if you can the one that spayed her. Good luck
