Has mum been a bit too rough with them?
If the wounds are near the base of the tail or over the loins it could be that they have spina bifida.
I think you need a vet to check them over.

Might be this is because of some allergic problem. You can apply antibiotic ointment to get rid of the problem or you must talk to doctor.
