Take your poor dog to the hospital and fast!!! Once you take him to the doctor ask him if he can eat all the things he used to...but watch him carefully and make sure it doesnt happen again...

Since this question is some 7 hours old and I have just now found it, I hope the problem has been taken care of by this time. If the problems has not corrected itself, you should take your pet to the vet ASAP. It is possible that if this has not resolved itself by now that your dog is in real danger.
Keep a good eye on her but if I was you I would get her checked by the vet,a friend had this happen to her dog and she seemed fine but deteriated through the nite and had to call the vet out,the bone had moved and they ended up with an expensive vet bill
Hold them down open their mouth and hands in... Thats what helped my dog and we were hours out in the bush. No doctors there.
I'd see the vet asap. Thing's like that can do some serious internal damage.
