Excitement urination in dogs is also called submissive urination. This is possible because dogs lose their control over bladder during excitement and fear conditions. This urination can be on

1. Greeting
2. Punishment
3. During play
4. When someone approaches him

This condition is more common in dogs of less than one year and is self treated when they become mature. Sometimes, training is also needed. But whenever, you suspect excitement pee in your dog, he should be evaluated for infection in urinary tract.
