My vet told me to massage around his eyes because of something to do with his tear ducks. I have done this & it seems to have worked:) Good Luck!!
Why Do Chihuahua's Eyes Water?
Thats just ridiculous dogs eyes naturally water because it gets out all the dirt ect.
