No pads but there are 'diapers' of sorts which you can buy so that males cannot get at her.
They don't make pads likeus women have but they do make a diaper. My friend had a standard poodle that would come in heat. She used the diaper to keep her from bleeding everywhere. I've heard that it doesnt always keep the males from breeding because they can just ripp it up. Usually only happens though if they want at her bad enough.
