What Is Being Done To Save Giant Panda Bears?

The Chinese Government is trying to expand areas where bamboo grows and they are also making laws about hunting pandas.

Strips of land called bamboo corridors, have been created to help pandas move from one place to another. This technique opens more habitat to pandas.

Charities are being set up where people can adopt a Panda and give money to look after it.
Pandas are being kept in protective captivity.
Special areas of land are being designated to the Panda.
The Chinese government have put in new laws to protect the Panda.
