The polar bear is at the top of the food chain,it has NO predators...
Seals are polar bear's primary prey, they typically eat only the fat and leave the rest of the carcass for scavengers. Polar bears also eat walrus and beluga whales.
In terms of a basic food chain, the polar bear would sit at the top and not be predated on by any other animal (in it's natural environment).
