Toy poodles are subject to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) that will cause them to shake. Check with your vet he may recommend a bit of Karo to it's water.

My toy poodle is acting out of character, he keeps moving his head back & forth. When you call his name he acts like he can't hear you. When he stands he seems to be off balance. Hes shaking violently.

Because they are cold or thay hav low blod sugur  p.s do not let your dog eat rat poisin and if you go in a place with rat poisin watch your dog  or hold him or her
