There are many dogs, which contain Cherry eye. In dogs there are three eyelids. Third eye lid tissues contain a gland, which control tear production. When this gland enlarges it causes cherry eye. There not much you can do to cure it. All you can do is take it to vet who will examine it and remove the gland by surgery if required. Use a medicine PetAlive Eye-Heal that is herbal in nature.

My Pit Mix got a cherry eye a few weeks ago.  I heard you could massage it back in but I’ve had no luck with that.  From what I hear he needs surgery to fix it.  But from what I can tell it doesn’t hurt him and the surgery is a few hundred bucks so I regret to say he still has the ugly thing for now.
