In older dogs, bleeding from the penis is usually due to infection and inflammation of prostate gland, enlargement of prostate gland and tumors in prostate glands. Other causes of penile bleeding in dogs can be
  1. Clotting disorders
  2. Trauma
  3. Urinary tract infection
  4. Kidney or bladder stones
  5. Urogenital cancer
Radiological tests and laboratory works are can be done to diagnose the cause of this sort of bleeding in male dogs. Treatment is dependent upon cause. So, take your dog to vet for this purpose.
