Is There A Website I Can Enter Dogs Symptoms And They Give Me An Illness?

My 3 month old, female, collie/lab mix puppy is learning crate train and house train.  The very last two time of going outside to potty, she squatted and went potty and then and squatted again and kept on squatting and squatting for an extended period of time.  It was like she felt she just HAD to go but it wasn't going.  Does this mean she has a urinary tract infection????? What to do???

Our dog is vomiting greenish-yellow does not eat weak and will not drink water

My dog looks like the right side of his face is drooping. He is also leaning to the right as if he has a weakness to that side. Could he have suffered some kind of stroke? What can I do for him?

Seven month old female pom has a loud growling stomach and vomits, she has normal stool, but there is some blood spots on the pad when she is vomiting and has a growling stomach. This happens once every 7 or 8 days. HELP!
