Shiba Inu or Akita Inu. Shiba Inu is smaller in size and diet. Akita Inu is bigger and harder to train.

German Shepherds are the easiest dogs to train hands down, our GSD's have always been great with all our children and kids they don't know
I like Tibetan Mastiff because it's bigger in size and looks like a lion. :)
Golden retrievers are great. My friend has one and it's like a person, she understands everything super fast. Labradors are also a good choice. If you like small dogs Dachshunds (wiener dogs) are awesome!!!
