You have to have a plan ready for it to come home - get food, water, bedding and if they see more than 3 faces they can forget the face of its owner. Mine has only seen two: my mom and I. They don't eat stale food and they back-wash in there water so every day get new water and food good luck!!! P.S. Get 2 cages just in case they fight if they don't they can stay in 1 while you clean one OK?
