Neosporin contains three antibiotics called neomycin, polymyxin B and bactiracin. The ointment/cream of this brand can be used to treat bacterial infections on skin, eyes and ears. Topical Neosporin can be used in dogs.
Treatment of torn nail involves first removal of loose nail or removal of torn nail up to the tear level. You can do this with the help of nail trimmer.
