I have a Black snake in my pool with thin yellow stripe going around it's body circular not horizontal, what kind is it?

It sounds like you have a King Snake in your pool, if the stripes are circular along it's whole bod, as can be seen in the picture.

This snake is a constrictor, but are often very docile, so nothing to be afraid of! They're diet consists rattlesnakes, lizards and mice.
