I just also had the same thing with my English Bulldog! Her flow let up considerably (almost no flow by day 7 of her cycle) and she was bred (artificial insemination) on days 9, 10 and 12. Now it is day 14 and she has started some heavy red (fresh) bleeding! Both the breeder and the vet said it can happen even after being bred in the 3rd week of her heat but I am worried for her and the potential puppies.
