Mine was the same as a pup I went onto a gluten free diet till she was a year old and gave her fruit as treats and she started doing very solid poos straight away. Mine also had the sores and we found that to be an allergy to flea saliva so she is done every month with a product from vet called advantage flea killer. I only changed from a gluten free diet to normal food when I got two bags by mistake of similar product and only realised when bags were nearly empty because we hadnt noticed a change in her poo and her health was good. It may not be same problem but its something you could try. The gluten free was a chicken and rice mix

I have 2 groundshaker bulldogs , usually mixing natural yogurt with the food makes them more solid , no flavours must be in the yogurt just plain natural yogurt

We have a groundshaker bull dog and she had soft to very soft poo's when we got her and this went on for some time and a lot of trips to the vets which was a waste of time and money ,we found out that it was all down to the diet and the high amounts of protein in the dog food (pal pedigree and so on)  we were feeding her on ,we now feed our dog on royal canin which make a food for bulldogs and low in protein and what a different's it made ,she looks better and has hard poo,s .she is now coming up 3 and still not a lot of fat on her and she looks great ,hope this helps
