If it did it would not be normal and a reason to rush to the vet or emergency clinic immediately. Those symptoms can indicate other things and are a common sign of some poisonings, particularly with certain rodent/rat/mouse poisons. If that is happening call a veterinarian immediately. Benadryl poisoning is however very common as many people give it without consulting their veterinarian first and mistakenly think it safe.Hope your baby is okay.
