You have to take your kitten to the vet A.S.A.P. That is not good that it is vomiting them up. One thing it means is that it's belly's so full with worms that it's like over loaded and pouring out it's mouth in other words.and the worms are living off of the food the kitten's eating. Animals can die from worms. Please hurry.the poor kitten. Jamie
