She sounds like she need to go to the vet.
My 13 year old basset hound is moaning, not eating well, and having trouble standing up and walking? She has had a hystorectomy 3 years ago and last year had a large growth removed from her back. She responds to my voice but lays down alot.
It sounds like shes in a lot of pain. The best thing you can do is to take her to the vet and see what they can do. If worse comes to worst the best thing you can do for her is to euthanize her.
