My puppy has small puss bumps in her stomach area and on the inside of her legs when they pop they cause some hair loss?

She might have boils on her from rubbing the area often,a heat rash maybe or even she had parasites/ticks and they irritated her,but you'd see if it was ticks,I'd say try keeping a constant eye on it see if these improve and if not,get her back to or to a vet for a checkup
