You'd have to give your vet a call and ask them, never give anything without speaking to the vet first and making sure it is okay, will actually help the problem and the dosage and then be sure to follow their instructions. There are too many factors for anyone who doesn't know enough about your individual pup and the situation to be able to safely prescribe medication and dosage for your pup.
