Sounds like you did all you could. If the bleeding starts again clean it good and apply some super glue to it so that it has a protective barrier.

There isn't much you can do. My dog did the same thing. That is one of the "hafta-heal-itself" kinda deals. If her nails are long, you should take her and have a vet or groomer clip them, then after that, it will be a lot easier to maintain.  I don't clip my dog (splotch- see picture) her nails 'cause we play frisbee in the street, and she wears them down.

Mine did this last night and I did the same thing cleaned out and put peroxide and wrapped it.   But she keeps taking the wrap off is it safe to keep it off and if she keeps licking it????

What you can do is put some super glue on it and then wrap it.
And make sure you keep it clean!!! :)
