Give your vet a call and talk to them about it so they can get a better description and advise from there. Could be normal (and/or colostrum), a sign of something like a bacterial infection or a feeding issue. You would just want to make sure if you aren't sure of what you are seeing that it doesn't mean a problem you need a vet for.
