Actually a clear mucus looking stuff in a puppy or dogs poo is usually coccidiosis you will need to get albon to treat it.. If it is showing up after the worming it usually is cause the wormer makes its poo softer so the mucus will come out easier.. Unless the dog has so many worms its lining of its intestines are coming out also.. Take it to the vet..
