Mucous is often seen with mild or severe gastrointestinal upset. Common causes include dietary indiscretion, stress, intestinal parasites, bacterial overgrowth, giardia, and metabolic diseases. Seek veterinary medical attention is the mucous continues, diarrhea develops, or your dog feels ill.
Try giving small amounts of canned pumpkin and plain yogurt. A bland diet of boiled chicken and boiled rice can also help with mild gastrointestinal upset.

Actually a clear mucus looking stuff in a puppy or dogs poo is usually coccidiosis you will need to get albon to treat it.. If it is showing up after the worming it usually is cause the wormer makes its poo softer so the mucus will come out easier.. Unless the dog has so many worms its lining of its intestines are coming out also.. Take it to the vet..
