Why Is My Chihuahuas Vagina Swollen Beyond Beleif When She Has Not Been On Heat For More Than A Year.there Is A Protrusion That Almost Prevents Her From Urinating?

She hasn't had a season in a year? DId you see the vet about that? How old? A protrusion. Sounds like could be a polyp or could be a prolapsed uterus or something. It is not normal and not good and considered an emergency for something like that to happen. She needs to see a vet and you need to call immediately.
