How Does A Egg Develop (inside The Hen)?

The yolk is made first in the 'ovary'. When it's large enough it moves out of the ovary and into the 'oviduct'(a tube/pipe). In the oviduct the yolk will have it's albumen or egg white added around it, then lastly the shell.After about 1 day staying in the oviduct the egg is ready to be laid. The egg comes out of hole under the hens tail called the'cloaca'.
