Adrenal gland disease is very common in ferrets.  This can produce an enlarged vagina due to increased estrogen.  One of the functions of the adrenal gland is to produce sex hormones like estrogen.  Adrenal tumors are treated either by surgical removal or administration of a medication called Lupron--treatment recommendations depend upon the individual case.
A stump pyometra is also possible.  This is an infection of the stump or end of the uterus that is left after spay.
Your ferret needs to be examined by a veterinarian.

Just keep an eye on it for a few days and see how she feels and whether she is eating or not. Odds are that if something changes, then you are going to have to take her in then Hope this helps, good luck to you.

I just seen this in my Ferret yesterday how long should you leave it til I take her to the vets for a check up. A few weeks ago she had a small little spot in her lady region and now this.. She has never had any sort of treatments done. What could this be?

You need to take her to the vet.  Thats one of the signs in a female ferret  for adrenal disease.

Without actually seeing it.  I would bet on her being in heat.
Here is a link that might help you decide.

Opps Sorry I didn't see where you said she had been spayed. Guess it isn't a heat cycle then. I would suggest taking her to a vet if you are sure she has been spayed.
