Trembling is usually a sign of pain or discomfort but can be related to a neurological issue.  Your dog is probably feeling nauseous and so he won't eat.  The rumbling noise you are hearing may be gas filling and moving through the intestines.  Gassy intestine can result from an irritation of the intestines.
Dietary indiscretion-eating people food, things in the yard, getting into the garbage etc-is a common cause of gastrointestinal upset, in young dogs a foreign body obstruction is a concern.  Many things can cause an GI issues in dogs as the gut is their stress organ.  Toxins, kidney disease, liver disease, and pancreatitis are also possible.
The best thing to do is have your dog examined by a veterinarian to find the underlying cause and then treat appropriately.
Home remedies include Pepcid (this dose is 0.5 milligram per kilogram of body weight), and feeding a bland diet-like boiled chicken or hamburger, boiled rice, and small amounts of plain yogurt or canned pumpkin.  Bland food is easily digestible and helps settle things down.

When I gave my dog a bath, he began to shake, more like shiver and your dog may be cold and hungry.
