The males are bigger and they have that red that that hangs down from there beak

Well, you'd have to wait patiently till they grow. You can't tell the sex of your turkey when it's a baby. The most important difference would be the bristles or whiskers that are in the front(chest) area. A bigger snood sure tells that it is a male turkey. The best would be wait a while.
