Ok, first off. I am no wildlife specialist. :)
BUT, I do have quite a passion for African mammals and this is what I DO know about rhinos.
1. Female rhinos have been known to congregate in small groups of up to 14, whereas male rhinos are mostly solitary.
2. Females raise the calves, male rhinos have nothing to do with the care of offspring. So if there is a calf nearby, it is a female.
3. Female rhinos are smaller than males.
