Bleeding after five weeks of the delivery of puppies in dogs is not normal. Only dark green or dark color vaginal discharge for not more than 21 days is normal. Bloody discharge after delivery in dogs is possible when placental sites don't recede completely. This is not good for health of your dog, so, take him to vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.
