Can Cat's Get Mange?
Yes they can get mange a few of my cats have mange they usually get that if they are an outside animal.
My cat is indoor/outdoor pet, I noticed this morning their is a stray cat roaming around my home and its visible that he has mange..My cat has been losing fur in his paw area and he seems to be scratching a lot lately...What can I do till I can take him to the vet next week.?
Yes the cats do get Mange. It is called as "notoedric mange" or feline mange. Redness, and skin irritation may follow the missing fur patches. So I would suggest that you take him to a vet for proper medication as soon as possible.
