I don't know, but I just killed one that climbed up on my 12 ft. High deck. I chased him away and he was in the process of climbing down the vertical brick wall of the exterior of the house, and I killed him. I had no idea snakes could climb brick walls. This one was olive green body w/dark brown sort-of rectangular areas on his back. He had a black and yellowish-white checkered belly. He was approx. 20" long and 5/8" in dia. He was also frightened of the light from the flashlight that I shined thru the window when I first noticed him. Just wish I knew what kind he was. Does this sound like what your question pertains to?
