If you're cat's pupils are not reacting to changing light sources, blindness may be creeping in -- not to panic, sometimes a dietary change can turn that around. I would find a good vet right away and figure out why immediately. When my cat had a pupil dilation issue (very different from yours), it turned out to be an inner ear infection which was treatable with medication.
