My Cat Has Started Making A Rattling Noise When Purring Then Coughs, Is It A Furr Ball Thats Stuck? It Hasnt Effected Her Eating And She Is Consuming Water.........

Yes it could be a hairball stuck, make sure she has water available at all times and if she gets worse or shows sign of fever, drainage from nose and eyes she will need to go to the vet, could have an upper respiratory infection. Best wishes.
