My hamster is getting really old and she used to have a tumor last month. Today and this past week she keeps having constant seizures and I feel so awful for her. I think its about her time to go, but I can't stand to let her suffer. Is there anything I can do to help her?

I have a dwarf hamster to and she has had seizures for a month at least I think she has she starts turning around and around quickly as if she's scared of somthing and then flips on her back and opens her mouth wide and starts squeaking loudly.

It is not normal for Hamsters to get Seizures. There must be something else that is bothering your pet. There is some internal injury, which is not letting your hamster setting straight. Get its X ray. In case it is suffering from Seizure then note timings in which it acts like this. If its duration is just few seconds then there are chances of its cure but if it takes more than five minutes then it is serious problem. Take it to vet soon if you do not find any external injury by yourself.
