Well, the person at the pet store said that Albino cockatiels are usually females. We got ours when it just came out of the nest and she/he was handraised. We assume she's a she because she bites a lot. She needs to be older before I can tell though, and I'm trying to find out how to tell apart from getting bloodwork done.

Also, the brighter the red eyes, the higher chance it could be blind

With all birds you have to take it to the vet to be tested. The procedure includes taking the bird's DNA under surgery and then the vet would be able to tell the sex from that.

Put a male and female in the cage with it and see which one it likes
