First. Be sure that its bottle is dripping, or your hamster will die of thirst.
If you give it salads, fruits or other food that has enough water, then they don't need extra water and don't worry. Also, some hamsters drink a lot and some others very little water. It's a matter of ...taste. Generally hamsters don't drink much water, their ancestors are animals of the desert (syrians).

It has to adapt to its home first though. It probably has no clue where any of the water is. I have this problem too and I find a small dish of water can help them out. Also check if the little metal ball isn't stuck in the bottle of water. If it is get a new 1 or declog it. Its normal for the first 3-5 days.

I have 2 hamsters, a male and a female , the male isn't drinking.

But don't worry, it is ok, they don't drink much at all!!

Their little stomach can't take that much water in a day,

They probably drank the water while you were asleep.

Hope it helped, good luck- jason
