I am not sure if you found your puppy or not yet, but if not; please ask the breeder you chose about hip problems and breathing problems. Bullies are known for both. The only hip problem we have had is with our female that was days away from having 8 pups.(Who wouldn't hurt with that kind of weight?) They were all at least 3/4 lb when they were born.
