IF YOU HAVE HIM AT THE VET ,it can be from 2-10days normally. For the diarrhea to stop and the vomiting. He will begin to eat slowly, and make sure you keep him hydrated!!! Hopefully you caught it in time, obviously you werent too late, hence you still have the dog.if you have other dogs, have them tested as well! He may be sluggish for sometime, its different for each dog.
Hopefully you have already taken him to the vet. It depends from puppy to puppy... It could be a couple months before he stArts acting the same again. Good luck to you

I had a puppy who died of Parvo, I never knew what it was until it was too late... I felt horrible and do to this day. The best advice I can give is, take him to the vet., if you truly love your pet, don't let him suffer it is a horrible way to die. My other pup of 7 weeks caught it too and I was able to recognize the signs on time, I had him hospitalized and followed all the instructions from the vet to be sure he got better, he has been home since Saturday and he's tearing up the house... I have never been happier. I will not forget my other pup, but because of him, this bouncing baby is alive and well.
TAKE YOUR PET TO THE VET! DON'T DISMISS IT, IT IS SERIOUS AND WILL HAVE HIM DIE IN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS!
