It would be best to have this bump examined by a veterinarian. It may be a mass in the eyelid or surrounding skin. Rabbits are prone to developing abscesses though this is an unusual area. An ocular foreign body is possible. This could also be the third eyelid or the gland of the third eyelid. These can become swollen and the gland of the third eyelid can prolapse out from behind the eyelid. This is located where the upper and lower eyelids come together in the center of the face. It is more closely associated with the lower eyelid. It is often pink in color though it can have black pigment.
These conditions are treated differently so a diagnosis is important.
