How many pups did the ultrasound or x-ray's show before the birth? If you think there may still be one in there you need to call your vet. Is she still having contractions or showing signs of being in labor or in distress? Otherwise they should be seen within 24 hours to be sure things went properly and there isn't anything left to cause infection.
