It can't suck even with you guiding? If not you need to have it examined to see if it's a problem with the kitten itself or if it's something that can affect the whole litter. Sometimes it's mom with an infection making them sick. Make sure you check her over.

Hi, just put her on the nipple your self and stay with her if she come's off keep putting her back on or you mite have to feed her bye hand but go to a vet or ring them first and ask them what the best thing .
