Please take the pup to the vet, you know it is miserable.....do it soon

You can give him one teaspoon of mineral oil if he is a big dog or if he is a small bog 1/4 of a teaspoon of mineral oil. This should work over night . But can give the next day if needed.
I would take the poor dog to the vet. He is really stopped up and may need surgery if you wait too long.
