I  have a 7 week old springer spaniel who is a boy, he is not eating or drinking. He sleeps all the time and I don't know what to do.  We've got him a bunch of things to help him if he's sick, but he wont eat anything! A lot of the websites I've checked for this provide an answer that leads to PARVO .

Well my ten month old springer spaniel puppy, was found to have kidney failure therefore had to be put down. Kidney faiure is in the genetics and isn't very rare, but as the vet said, when springer spaniels get ill, they get really ill. He was a really energtic dog and was KC registered and a pure pedigree, we brought him from a well known breeder aswell. He always liked to drink lots of water so we had thought nothing of it. One day he just was put off his food and we put it down to because we had all had a illness big that he had go it too. A few days later he wouldnt move or eat or drink. We took him to the vets and we were told he just had a tummy bug and that he would be able to come home in the morning, and he was on a drip overnight. When he came home he still wouldnt eat anything, but was drinking water. The next week he was skin and bone, no fat on him but he was still enegertic, not as much though. We took him back to the vet and he did a blood test which showed he had kidney failure and had to be put down which was an awful shock! I hope this helped.
