Can Dog Get Tapeworm Twice?

Yes dogs can get tapeworm more than once.  They are very easily picked up - from other dogs, eating infected meat (rodents, birds etc), or even from simply swallowing a flea.
Which is why it's important to regularly de-worm and de-flea your dog throughout his/her lifetime.
