Well as far as hearing, definetly. Most animals, esp cats and dogs, pick up frequencies much higher and lower than the human ear can detect. Seeing is debatable, some paranormal investigators think animals can "see" spirits and apparitions, but obviosly since we don't know if they exist we can't say for certain, but if they are real, animals eyes are definetly more sensitive than human eyes.
