Well, your cat could be pregnate. If that is a possibilitiy, I would wait 7-10 days and see if the redness went away. If not, I would call your vet to schedule an appointment. If it isn't possible you cat could be pregnant, then I would still give it 5 days to see if it goes away, if not then your cat could have worms, flees, or just be irritated skin . . .
